Washington High School Basketball - Skyview knocked off by Kamiakin
December 29, 2023: Kennewick, WA 99336 The Kamiakin Braves basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Skyview Storm to 66 in the Braves non-league triumph on Friday.
The Braves now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walla Walla for a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia contest on Tuesday, January 2. Kamiakin will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 51-46 non-league loss to Benson Tech (Portland, OR). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-4.
The Storm (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Battle Ground (Battle Ground, WA). The Tigers enter the 4A Greater St. Helens contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Battle Ground was outscored by Renton (Renton, WA), 81-75, in a non-league contest.
