Legacy Longhorns (North Las Vegas, NV) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Sunny Hills Lancers (Fullerton, CA), 57-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Legacy upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Longhorns host Del Sol (Las Vegas, NV) to clash with the Dragons in a 4A Sky bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Del Sol won 57-52 in their recent non-league bout against Moapa Valley (Overton, NV)

Next up, the Lancers clash with the Whittier Christian Heralds (La Habra, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Sunny Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record.
