December 29, 2023: Tea, SD 57064 The Marshall Tigers (Marshall, MN) basketball nipped the host Tea Titans (Tea, SD), 73-67 in Friday's non-league test.
The Tigers (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Jackson County Central (Jackson, MN). The Huskies go into the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Jackson County Central got by Montevideo (Montevideo, MN), 71-70, in a league test.
The Titans now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Vermillion for a A Region 4 test on Tuesday, January 2. Tea will encounter a Tanagers squad coming off a 67-57 non-league win over Tri-Valley (Colton, SD). The Tanagers record now stands at 4-1.
