Preston Indians (Preston, ID) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mountain Crest Mustangs (Hyrum, UT), 62-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Preston upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Indians travel to Twin Falls (Twin Falls, ID) to clash with the Bruins in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Twin Falls won 64-36 in their recent non-league bout against Idaho Falls (Idaho Falls, ID)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Hunter Wolverines (West Valley City, UT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Mountain Crest will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record.
