North Dakota High School Basketball - Northern Cass tops Nedrose
December 29, 2023: Minot, ND Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Northern Cass Jaguars (Hunter, ND) and the host Nedrose Cardinals (Minot, ND), saw Northern Cass's basketball squad knock off Nedrose by a tally of 61-42.
With the victory, Northern Cass improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Oak Grove Lutheran (Fargo, ND) to play the Grovers in a A Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Grovers come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Oak Grove Lutheran won 58-52 in their recent non-league challenge against New York Mills (New York Mills, MN)
Next up, the Cardinals play the Killdeer Cowboys (Killdeer, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Nedrose will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 67-35 non-league win over Dunseith (Dunseith, ND).
