The New Garden Friends Bears topped the visiting Potomac Senior Panthers basketball team by a final score of 71-62 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Bears face the Oak Ridge Military Academy Eagles (Oak Ridge, NC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, December 30. New Garden Friends will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 18-3 record after their 66-56 non-league win over Central Carolina Prep (Burlington, NC).

With the defeat, Potomac Senior moves to 8-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Start (Toledo, OH) to face the Spartans in a non-league game on Saturday, December 30.
