The Waxahachie Indians basketball squad scored 61 points and restricted the host Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons to 57 in the Indians non-league victory on Friday.

With the victory, Waxahachie upgrades its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Indians travel to St. Francis Episcopal (Houston, TX) to play the in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The come into the bout with a record of 13-9. St. Francis Episcopal won 65-55 in their recent non-league bout against O'Dea (Seattle, WA)

Next up, the Falcons play the The Heights (Potomac, MD) in a Washington Catholic bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Our Lady of Good Counsel will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record.
