Virginia High School Basketball - Page County can't hold off Sherando
December 29, 2023: Shenandoah, VA 22849 The Sherando Warriors basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Page County Panthers to 46 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.
In their next game, the Warriors face the James Wood Colonels (Winchester, VA) in a Northwestern match, on Friday, January 5. Sherando will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record.
With the defeat, Page County moves to 1-9 on the year. The Panthers host Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA) to face the Falcons in a Bull Run match on Saturday, December 30. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 2-4. Central Woodstock lost 73-52 in their recent non-league match against Skyline (Front Royal, VA)
