Michigan High School Basketball - Port Huron knocked off by Yale
December 29, 2023: Port Huron, MI 48060 The Yale Bulldogs basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Port Huron Red Hawks to 53 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Branch for a Blue Water Area contest on Thursday, January 4. Yale will meet a Broncos team coming off a 49-34 non-league win over Flint Southwestern Academy (Flint, MI). The Broncos record now stands at 6-2.
The Red Hawks (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. Clair (St. Clair, MI). The Saints enter the Macomb Area - Gold contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, St. Clair was defeated by Swartz Creek (Swartz Creek, MI), 41-40, in a non-league contest.
