Missouri High School Basketball - Valley Park nips St. Vincent
December 29, 2023: Perryville, MO 63775 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Valley Park Hawks (Valley Park, MO) and the host St. Vincent Indians (Perryville, MO), saw Valley Park's basketball squad hold off St. Vincent by a tally of 64-60.
With the victory, Valley Park improves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Hawks host Bishop DuBourg (St. Louis, MO) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 3-0.
Next up, the Indians play the Delta Bobcats (Delta, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. St. Vincent will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 113-48 non-league loss to Central (Cape Girardeau, MO).
