California High School Basketball - Valley Christian thwarts Palma
December 29, 2023: San Jose, CA 95111 The Valley Christian Warriors (San Jose, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Palma Chieftains (Salinas, CA), 64-50 in Friday's non-league test.
The Warriors (8-0) will now prepare for their test against Archbishop Riordan (San Francisco, CA). The Crusaders go into the test with a 14-5 record.
The Chieftains now own a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Carmel for a test on Wednesday, January 3. Palma will encounter a Padres squad coming off a 69-45 non-league win over Menlo School (Atherton, CA). The Padres record now stands at 2-0.
