Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Stony Point Tigers (Round Rock, TX) and the host Bastrop Bears (Bastrop, TX), saw Stony Point's basketball squad wallop Bastrop by a tally of 77-17.

With the victory, Stony Point improves its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Second Baptist (Houston, TX) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 13-7. Second Baptist won 60-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Crockett (Austin, TX)

Next up, the Bears confront the St. Stephen's Episcopal Spartans (Austin, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 29. Bastrop will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record.
