Minnesota High School Basketball - Becker edges Marshall
December 29, 2023: Becker, MN 55308 The Becker Bulldogs (Becker, MN) basketball nipped the visiting Marshall Hilltoppers (Duluth, MN), 56-55 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Hancock (Hancock, MN). The Owls go into the non-league test with a 7-0 record. In their last test, Hancock got by Holdingford (Holdingford, MN), 58-46, in a non-league test.
The Hilltoppers now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Providence Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, December 30. Marshall will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 80-73 non-league loss to Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN). The Lions record now stands at 8-2.
