Texas High School Basketball - Burleson nudges Manor
December 29, 2023: Burleson, TX 76028 Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Manor Mustangs (Manor, TX), 47-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Burleson upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Elks travel to San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 12-9. San Angelo Central won 54-50 in their recent non-league bout against Tomball (Tomball, TX)
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Tomball Cougars (Tomball, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 30. Manor will attempt to upgrade on its 11-12 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 17-6 record after their 54-50 non-league loss to San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX).
