The Cyprus Pirates basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle to 36 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Friday.

The Pirates now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Cyprus will battle a Leopards team coming off a 69-59 non-league win over Provo (Provo, UT). The Leopards record now stands at 3-5.
