Minnesota High School Basketball - Prior Lake can't hold off Delano
December 29, 2023: Prior Lake, MN 55372 The Delano Tigers basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Prior Lake Lakers to 50 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brainerd for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. Delano will battle a Warriors team coming off a 58-38 non-league win over Robbinsdale Armstrong (Plymouth, MN). The Warriors record now stands at 6-2.
The Lakers (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN). The Crimson come into the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Maple Grove edged Buffalo (Buffalo, MN), 79-38, in a non-league contest.
