Tennessee High School Basketball - Dresden edges St. Agnes Academy
December 29, 2023: Memphis, TN 38117 The Dresden Lions (Dresden, TN) basketball nipped the host St. Agnes Academy Stars (Memphis, TN), 51-48 in Friday's non-league test.
The Lions (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Gibson County (Dyer, TN). The Pioneers go into the non-league test with a 13-0 record. In their last test, Gibson County got by Houston (Germantown, TN), 56-29, in a non-league test.
The Stars now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Houston for a non-league test on Saturday, December 30. St. Agnes Academy will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 56-29 non-league loss to Gibson County (Dyer, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-4.
