California High School Basketball - Eureka crushes Evergreen Valley
December 29, 2023: Eureka, CA 95501 Eureka Loggers (Eureka, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA), 64-40 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Eureka upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Loggers travel to St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA) to play the Bruins in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Bruins come into the bout with a record of 8-3. St. Patrick-St. Vincent won 48-35 in their recent non-league bout against Central (Fresno, CA)
Next up, the Cougars play the Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 30. Evergreen Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 48-35 non-league loss to St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA).
