December 29, 2023: Woden, TX 75978 In Friday's non-league outing, the Woden Eagles (Woden, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Groveton Indians (Groveton, TX), by a count of 61-26.
The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Corrigan-Camden (Corrigan, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Region III District 24 outing with a 2-11 record. In their last outing, Corrigan-Camden was crushed by Colmesneil (Colmesneil, TX), 43-21, in a league outing.
