New Jersey High School Basketball - Long Branch crushes Hamilton
December 29, 2023: Long Branch, NJ 07740 Long Branch Green Wave (Long Branch, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hamilton Hornets (Hamilton, NJ), 51-19 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Long Branch upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Green Wave travel to Southern Regional (Manahawkin, NJ) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Southern Regional lost 34-31 in their recent non-league bout against Shawnee (Medford, NJ)
Next up, the Hornets play the Princeton Day Panthers (Princeton, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Hamilton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
