West Virginia High School Basketball - Keyser overwhelms Hedgesville
December 29, 2023: Keyser, WV 26726 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Keyser Golden Tornado (Keyser, WV) and the visiting Hedgesville Eagles (Hedgesville, WV), saw Keyser's basketball squad wallop Hedgesville by a tally of 54-16.
With the victory, Keyser improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Golden Tornado travel to Southern (Oakland, MD) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 6-2.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Washington Patriots (Charles Town, WV) in a Eastern Panhandle challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Hedgesville will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 51-14 non-league loss to Poly (Baltimore, MD).
