December 29, 2023: Northfield, MN 55057 The Northfield Raiders (Northfield, MN) basketball felled the visiting Irondale Knights (New Brighton, MN), 56-44 in Friday's non-league test.
The Raiders (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Kasson-Mantorville (Kasson, MN). The Komets go into the AAA Section 1 test with a 2-7 record.
The Knights now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host White Bear Lake for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 2. Irondale will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 66-57 non-league win over Orono (Long Lake, MN). The Bears record now stands at 8-4.
