The San Bernardino Cardinals basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Mira Monte Lions to 31 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dana Hills for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. San Bernardino will meet a Dolphins team coming off a 66-26 non-league win over Costa Mesa (Costa Mesa, CA). The Dolphins record now stands at 13-2.

The Lions (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Golden Valley (Bakersfield, CA). The Bulldogs enter the South Yosemite - Horizon contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Golden Valley was routed by Tulare Union (Tulare, CA), 39-30, in a non-league contest.
