California High School Basketball - Upland nips South Hills
December 29, 2023: West Covina, CA 91791 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Upland Highlanders/Scots (Upland, CA) and the host South Hills Huskies (West Covina, CA), saw Upland's basketball squad hold off South Hills by a tally of 47-46.
With the victory, Upland improves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Highlanders/Scots travel to Rowland (Rowland Heights, CA) to play the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 30. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Huskies play the Los Altos Conquerors (Hacienda Heights, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. South Hills will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Conquerors come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 51-27 league win over Wilson (Hacienda Heights, CA).
