California High School Basketball - Santa Paula knocked off by Buena
December 29, 2023: Santa Paula, CA 93060 The Buena Bulldogs basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Santa Paula Cardinals to 37 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pacifica for a contest on Friday, January 5. Buena will battle a Tritons team coming off a 60-37 non-league win over Nordhoff (Ojai, CA). The Tritons record now stands at 4-5.
The Cardinals (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 7-8 record.
