New Jersey High School Basketball - Plainfield victorious over Ocean City
December 29, 2024: Ocean City, NJ 08226 In Sunday's non-league contest, the visiting Plainfield Cardinals basketball team scored a good 53-37 triumph over the Ocean City Raiders.
The Cardinals (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Eastside (Paterson, NJ). The Ghosts go into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Eastside was toppled by Teaneck (Teaneck, NJ), 79-58, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Raiders confront the Clearview Pioneers (Mullica Hill, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Ocean City will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Pioneers go into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 82-62 non-league win over Paulsboro (Paulsboro, NJ).
