New York High School Basketball - Our Saviour Lutheran sneaks past Prince George's Christian Academy
December 29, 2024: Bronx, NY 10461 The Our Saviour Lutheran Falcons (Bronx, NY) basketball edged the visiting Prince George's Christian Academy Flyers (Landover, MD), 62-59 in Sunday's non-league bout.
The Falcons now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Blair Academy for a non-league bout on Sunday, December 29. Our Saviour Lutheran will play a Bucs team coming off a 81-49 non-league win over Phelps (Malvern, PA). The Bucs record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Prince George's Christian Academy falls to 10-5 on the campaign. The Flyers travel to iSchool of Lewisville (Lewisville, TX) to play the Cougar in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 2. The Cougar go into the bout with a record of 11-1. iSchool of Lewisville won 93-62 in their recent non-league bout against Tennessee Preparatory Academy (Memphis, TN)
