New Mexico High School Basketball - Santa Rosa can't hold off Bosque
December 3, 2021: Santa Rosa, NM 88435 The Bosque Bobcats basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Santa Rosa Lions to 47 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Bobcats now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tucumcari for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 4. Bosque will battle a Rattlers team coming off a 63-57 non-league win over Penasco (Penasco, NM). The Rattlers record now stands at 2-0.
The Lions (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Penasco (Penasco, NM). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Penasco was nudged by Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM), 63-57, in a non-league contest.
