The North Central Knights basketball team (Bassett, NE), was overwhelmed 57-21 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Burwell Longhorns (Burwell, NE)

The Longhorns now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ravenna for a non-league battle on Friday, December 10. Burwell will confront a Bluejays team coming off a 38-27 non-league loss to Ansley/Litchfield (Ansley, NE). The Bluejays record now stands at 0-2.
