Mississippi High School Basketball - Gentry overwhelms West Tallahatchie
December 3, 2021: Indianola, MS 38751 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Gentry Rams (Indianola, MS) and the visiting West Tallahatchie Choctaws (Webb, MS), saw Gentry's basketball squad wallop West Tallahatchie by a tally of 90-31.
With the victory, Gentry improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Greenville (Greenville, MS) to play the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 4. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Greenville lost 54-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Coahoma County (Clarksdale, MS)
Next up, the Choctaws play the South Delta Bulldogs (Rolling Fork, MS) in a 1A Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, January 4. West Tallahatchie will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
