The Westbrook-Walnut Grove Chargers basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Yellow Medicine East Sting to 60 in the Chargers league triumph on Friday.

The Chargers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Martin County West for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 4. Westbrook-Walnut Grove will battle a Mavericks team coming off a 66-47 non-league win over Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN). The Mavericks record now stands at 1-0.
