Maryland High School Basketball - Coronado ripped by New Hope Academy
December 3, 2021: Landover Hills, MD 20784 The New Hope Academy basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Coronado Thunderbirds to 20 in the non-league triumph on Friday.
The now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pebble Hills for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 4. New Hope Academy will battle a Spartans team coming off a 57-37 non-league win over Coronado (El Paso, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 8-2.
The Thunderbirds (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Princeton (Princeton, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Princeton was routed by New Hope Academy (Landover Hills, MD), 64-50, in a non-league contest.
