The Hewitt-Trussville Huskies basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Opelika Bulldogs to 35 in the Huskies non-league victory on Friday.

The Huskies now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Auburn for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 4. Hewitt-Trussville will battle a Tigers team coming off a 61-17 non-league win over Benjamin Russell (Alexander City, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 8-0.
