Texas High School Basketball - Paris nudges Mt. Pleasant
December 3, 2021: Mt. Pleasant, TX 75456 Paris Wildcats (Paris, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Mt. Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, TX), 50-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Paris upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Friday, December 3. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Chapel Hill lost 49-23 in their recent non-league bout against Brownsboro (Brownsboro, TX)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Sulphur Springs Wildcats (Sulphur Springs, TX) in a 5A Region II District 15 bout, on Tuesday, December 14. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
