Michigan High School Basketball - Portland fells Williamston
December 3, 2021: Portland, MI 48875 Portland Raiders (Portland, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Williamston Hornets (Williamston, MI), 36-24 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Raiders face the St. Johns Redwings (St. Johns, MI) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 4. Portland will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.
With the defeat, Williamston moves to 1-1 on the year. The Hornets travel to Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL) to face the Ramblers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 4. The Ramblers enter the game with a record of 7-0. Loyola Academy won 38-33 in their recent league game against Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL)
