North Carolina High School Basketball - West Stokes overwhelms South Stokes
December 3, 2021: King, NC 27021 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC) and the visiting South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC), saw West Stokes's basketball squad wallop South Stokes by a tally of 54-31.
With the victory, West Stokes improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to North Surry (Mount Airy, NC) to confront the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 7. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
Next up, the Sauras confront the McMichael Phoenix (Mayodan, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 7. South Stokes will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Phoenix come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 64-43 league win over Walkertown (Walkertown, NC).
