Indiana High School Basketball - Norwell holds off Huntington North
December 3, 2021: Ossian, IN 46777 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN) and the visiting Huntington North Vikings (Huntington, IN), saw Norwell's basketball squad hold off Huntington North by a tally of 40-39.
With the victory, Norwell improves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Columbia City (Columbia City, IN) to confront the Eagles in a challenge on Friday, December 10. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Columbia City won 46-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Goshen (Goshen, IN)
Next up, the Vikings confront the Manchester Squires (North Manchester, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 7. Huntington North will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Squires come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 18-12 league win over Northfield (Wabash, IN).
