Georgia High School Basketball - Screven County nips Portal
December 3, 2021: Sylvania, GA 30467 Screven County Gamecocks (Sylvania, GA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Portal Panthers (Portal, GA), 20-16 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Screven County upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Gamecocks host McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 15. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a record of 1-0.
