California High School Basketball - Granite Hills overwhelms El Capitan
December 3, 2021: El Cajon, CA 92019 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) and the visiting El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA), saw Granite Hills's basketball squad wallop El Capitan by a tally of 66-45.
With the victory, Granite Hills improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Point Loma (San Diego, CA) to confront the Pointers in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 6. The Pointers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Point Loma lost 82-76 in their recent league challenge against La Jolla (La Jolla, CA)
Next up, the Vaqueros confront the Mar Vista Mariners (Imperial Beach, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 8. El Capitan will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Mariners come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 94-18 non-league loss to Olympian (Chula Vista, CA).
