Texas High School Basketball - Brookeland tipped by Coldspring-Oakhurst
December 3, 2022: Coldspring, TX 77331 The Coldspring-Oakhurst Trojans basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Brookeland Wildcats to 46 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Trojans now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Livingston for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Coldspring-Oakhurst will meet a Lions team coming off a 54-51 non-league loss to New Waverly (New Waverly, TX). The Lions record now stands at 2-6.
The Wildcats (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Broaddus (Broaddus, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Broaddus nudged West Sabine (Pineland, TX), 42-39, in a non-league contest.
