Iowa High School Basketball - Colo-NESCO tops Riceville
December 3, 2022: Colo, IA 50056 Colo-NESCO Royals (Colo, IA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Riceville Wildcats (Riceville, IA), 47-36 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Colo-NESCO upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Royals travel to Meskwaki Settlement (Tama, IA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 0-3. Meskwaki Settlement lost 102-13 in their recent league bout against GMG (Garwin, IA)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Janesville Wildcats (Janesville, IA) in a Iowa Star bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Riceville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 58-43 league win over Tripoli (Tripoli, IA).
