The Indians now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salem for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 6. Mascoutah will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 69-41 non-league loss to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-4.
The Flaming Hearts (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Mattoon (Mattoon, IL). The Greenwave come into the Apollo battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Mattoon was nudged by Lincoln (Lincoln, IL), 43-24, in a league battle.
