Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Heritage Hawks (Newnan, GA) and the host KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors (Atlanta, GA), saw Heritage's basketball squad hold off KIPP Atlanta Collegiate by a tally of 71-64.

With the victory, Heritage improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Hawks host Arlington Christian (Fairburn, GA) to play the in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 7. The come into the challenge with a record of 5-1.

Next up, the Warriors play the Business Engineering Science Tech Eagles (Atlanta, GA) in a AA Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. KIPP Atlanta Collegiate will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 71-33 non-league loss to Woodland (Stockbridge, GA).
