Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL) and the visiting Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL), saw Hinsdale Central's basketball squad knock off Hinsdale South by a count of 49-33.

With the victory, Hinsdale Central upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 10. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 5-1.

Next up, the Hornets play the Leyden Eagles (Franklin Park, IL) in a West Suburban - Gold challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Hinsdale South will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
