Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. George's Gryphons (Collierville, TN) and the visiting Millington Central Trojans (Millington, TN), saw St. George's's basketball squad hold off Millington Central by a tally of 51-46.

With the victory, St. George's improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Gryphons travel to First Assembly Christian (Cordova, TN) to confront the Crusaders in a Division II-A West District 6 challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. First Assembly Christian lost 54-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Christian Brothers (Memphis, TN)
