Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Westlake Thunder (Saratoga Springs, UT) and the visiting Richland Bombers (Richland, WA), saw Westlake's basketball squad hold off Richland by a count of 59-58.

With the victory, Westlake upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Thunder host Lehi (Lehi, UT) to play the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Lehi won 56-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Davis (Kaysville, UT)

Next up, the Bombers play the Moses Lake Mavericks (Moses Lake, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 3. Richland will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
