December 3, 2022: West Monroe, LA 71292 West Ouachita Chiefs (West Monroe, LA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Simsboro Tigers (Simsboro, LA), 58-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Ouachita upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Chiefs travel to Weston (Jonesboro, LA) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Weston lost 69-51 in their recent non-league bout against Choudrant (Choudrant, LA)
Next up, the Tigers play the Atlanta Bulldogs (Atlanta, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Simsboro will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
