Texas High School Basketball - Aquilla fells Blum
December 3, 2022: Aquilla, TX 76622 Aquilla Cougars (Aquilla, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Blum Bobcats (Blum, TX), 50-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Aquilla upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Meridian (Meridian, TX) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 2-9. Meridian won 40-6 in their recent non-league bout against Garner (Weatherford, TX)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Valley Mills Eagles (Valley Mills, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Blum will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
