Texas High School Basketball - Connally routs Orangefield
December 3, 2022: Orangefield, TX 77639 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Connally Cadets (Waco, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Orangefield Bobcats (Orangefield, TX), by a margin of 54-26.
The Cadets (11-2) will now prepare for their outing against Midway (Waco, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 6-8 record. In their last outing, Midway smashed Lake Belton (Temple, TX), 48-38, in a non-league outing.
The Bobcats now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Kirbyville for a 3A Region III District 22 outing on Friday, December 9. Orangefield will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 34-17 league loss to Warren (Warren, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-8.
