Missouri High School Basketball - Helias nips Fatima
December 3, 2022: Westphalia, MO 65085 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Helias Crusaders (Jefferson City, MO) and the host Fatima Comets (Westphalia, MO), saw Helias's basketball squad hold off Fatima by a tally of 57-53.
With the victory, Helias improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Camdenton (Camdenton, MO) to play the Lakers in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 5. The Lakers come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Camdenton lost 50-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Greene County Tech (Paragould, AR)
Next up, the Comets play the Eldon Mustangs (Eldon, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Fatima will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 57-38 non-league win over Capital City (Jefferson City, MO).
